Sexual abuse insurance. Yes, it is actually possible to buy sexual abuse insurance - and thus Catholic Church has it. Chris Bradley at Deeply Blasphemous has a good rant at the fact, and I agree completely with him .

I mean, even beyond the legality of something like this, the simple morality of it. Some people, and probably a group of people, decided that, yes, it is okay to make money protecting institutions from their systematic child molestation. This boggles my mind.“
I mean, how could an organisation actually thin that they could need sexual abuse insurance - and who on earth would actually sell it?! I mean, if you actually think that you could possibly need insurance of that sort, surely you’d be reviewing your staff and employment procedures? It boggles my mind as well that (a) such a thing could exist, and (b) that an organisation - any organisation - could consider the likelihood of sexual abuse a big enough risk to buy the insurance.
